Returns
Returns of merchandise in original condition are gladly accepted for store credit within 30 days of purchase. In-store acquisitions must be returned to the store location where they were originally purchased.
Special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Designer Membership Program
Interior designers and architects are invited to join The Farmhouse Store designer membership program. The program offers all qualified members a 10% discount, seasonal product previews, and invitations to private design events.
*Please note: Designer discounts are not valid with any other sale or offer, purchase of gift cards or promotional items, shipping and processing fees, taxes, or for any products or services excluded by the designer membership program. Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and completed application. Non-designer related businesses, including retail businesses, may not qualify for the program. Each designer on staff at a firm must individually apply for membership to this program. Membership is not transferable. All purchases must be paid for with the designer’s business credit card or business check.
Program Guidelines - To apply for membership in The Farmhouse Store designer membership program, please complete and sign our application form and email the file to design@thefarmhousestore.com or fax it to 908-654-0442. In-person registration is also available at the Westfield and Princeton locations. Please note: all business intending to purchase merchandise for resale must include a resale or sales tax certification in addition to the completed application. Approved members will receive an email within 2 business days.
Artisan & Vendor Submissions
The Farmhouse Store is proud to carry the work of independent artisans including jewelers, potters, wood workers, glass artists, metal workers, textile producers, and furniture builders.
The Farmhouse Store buying staff meet monthly to review all artisan submissions. For consideration please submit pictures, line sheets (including wholesale pricing), web links, business terms, and contact info to:

Due to the volume of submissions it can take up to 30 days for review and response.
Donations
We appreciate your interest in The Farmhouse Store and your commitment to helping others in our communities. We ask that you please drop off donation requests to the store in person. Please include: Organization name, your name, type of event, date of event, contact information (name, phone number & e-mail).
Due to the volume of requests received we will contact you only if we are able to donate to your organization.
